• The Ramsons batch garment curing oven is used for polymerization of Resin on the garments. This gives a wrinkle free finish and also other special effects such as permanent 3D whiskers on denims.The oven is fully stainless steel and double wall insulated to ensure minimum heat loss. The oven works on principle of forced air convection i.e. the hot air is blown from top and the chamber is pressurized to achieve uniform temperature throughout the oven. The heating system controlled by a PID controller to maintain temperature with in ±2°C of the set valve.
