At Ecotex, we work closely with our customers to learn their requirements and constrains (space and utilities) to design and dimension their laundry. We strongly believe that no two laundries are the same and each of our designs is unique to that laundry.

All equipment’s supplied by Ecotex are installed by factory trained service engineers. We work closely with the customer’s projects and utilities team to ensure a seamless installation and hand over. We don’t just stop here. We work with our customers operations team to ensure that successful trials are undertaken and that the customer is comfortable with operating Ramsons equipment’s.

Some customers prefer more extensive training and Ecotex is happy to cater to them. We regularly conduct training programs for our customers at our premises. Training ranges from how to operate the machines to what the basic maintenance schedule looks like. For our garment customers, we even conduct training on the various garment washing and dyeing program. We can also audit customer’s facilities to help them reduce operational costs vis a vis saving in energy, chemical and water.

All Ecotex machines come standard with a 1 year warranty against all manufacturing defects. If there is any issue, simply get in touch with us and we will send our engineer to rectify the problem.

Ecotex operates India’s largest after sales network in the commercial laundry sector. It is our endeavor to be as close to our clients and to ensure maximum up-time of our customer’s equipment. We have over 20 service centers in key locations across India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh and each service center is equipped with trained technicians and an inventory of spare parts commonly required by our clients.

Ecotex further increases the operating life of equipment supplied by us by providing genuine spare parts. Most of our offices stock fast moving spare parts which ensure minimal down time of your Ramsons machine.
